Techs etc. I am looking at CCMP, QCOM, NVLS and XLNX and have not seen any action since 11:00 The first rally on March 12 I didn't miss the tech stocks and was long OEX, DIA SPY and the banking sector. So you don't have to be a tech afficionado (and I sure am not) to get some good gains if this is a rally that will 'tie' the March 12 rally.
