The weather, of course, is absolutely meaningless. There is no funding (as there was supposed to be over two months ago -if the deal actually happened). Exceeding the deadline by two months is anabsolute joke at this point. The land closing, which was supposed to happen three weeks ago (but hasn't) will be hitting joke status very soon (the very soon is legitimate in this case). What does this mean? The last thing that is a joke is the guy who has released PRs with all the BS for more than 3+ years.
