The CELO deal is still a work in progress. They will be releasing a PR soon on the new extended closing date.
Another delay in securing the rest of the $2mil cash- but not all is lost, at least the deal is still in the works. And in the mean time we have the $210k nonrefundable deposit and the $3Million in Send Global revenue and any profit that is generated from that revenue.
The BioFusion deal is a work in progress. They are making money on the marketing side of things, They are still working out other details. Once they have numbers to report they will release a PR.
This could be HUGE- Marketing green cleaning products are big $money$- looks like we will have to wait some more to see how big.
Given Fred's marketing background/experience- I'm expecting big things with this relationship!
