For me fall has always been late August and September. That's when it turns cool but I am from NY. The feds FY 2013 ends Sept. 30th. Is Caragol thinking like a fed when he says in 2013. If that's the case then he's saying by the FY end which is Sept. 30th and that's right around the corner. If they have to spend that money by then that would force a decision soon. And the AoA was supposed to take a year and they started it July 2012 so that should be about done and that's what they are waiting on. Something is driving this buying and it's not this I-Hub board!
