Look seriously at the photos

I have - a lot.
I sincerely appreciate that JBI provided the three photographs with yesterday's PR. They put a very real face on processor #3. As "scams" go it’s truly impressive. A few observations:
• Are those use/wear tracks on what appear to be drive collars (my term) at the end of each kiln? It looks like the kilns have been rotated a bunch.
• Anyone want to make a serious guess at why the “towers” have so many of what appear to be large blanked off piping ports?
• The whole feed system, Nerak and all, is fascinating. It appears there are at least two horizontal pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders that move something in and out of the feed chute below the hopper. Why, what do they do? One thing for sure, not every scam includes two of whatever these are.
• I hope the obvious care that went into #3’s layout and assembly is emblematic of how well it works.

I agree that the modularization forethought is very evident and, my guess is that future units will be tighter and somewhat more compact with more of the small piping, conduits control panels, pumps etc. built into the modules. I have my concerns about how many additional units should be replicated until the shake-down of #3 is complete but, I agree that at some point in time plug-n-play module units that once on site can be assembled quickly is a real possibility and would be a total game changer.
