dustybutler1, Funding is a necessary part of any treasure salvage operation. I agree that UNDR does need funding to even attempt anything.

I can also tell you that funding isn't that hard to come by, "IF" you have found a good wreck and have a permit. And to keep this post on topic? I will say yes to all of your questions directed to me.
