Yes. Some of our citizens are horribly confused, sick people. Too many. I am really ok with someone who protested vigorously against this before hand, and I am even ok with someone still protesting. But when they contort the results to back their view, and tell the enemy that it is going badly for us, thereby creating even more resistance and death, and when they suppress or don't report the defections that are occuring...it's so sickening. I told one of my children that the protesting is fine, but lies and deception should not go along with either side.

There was a reporter from the NY TIMES who objects strongly to the action but is now there and suggested that continued protest are not very helpful. How do we get this over with fast with the best possible long term result for mankind is a good question to ask.

If they had done a play by play on the invasion of Omaha beach, would the market have gone up that day? We weren't far from the cliffs for weeks.

In any case, yes, we have been kicking ass the whole time, and our media is largely reponsible for creating a bit of panic and making us look much worse than we deserve to the rest of the world, imho
