Dunno Playstk...but which is more likely:

1. The entire document pertaining to the suit was in ERROR and Bancorp was really the defendant all along;

2. Everything is the same as it was and the comma simply tripped us up.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
