If I had to weight in I would say that GERS looks to have the upper hand so far on the patent infringement. After the reverse split(R/S) PEIX lost money (typical R/S action).
I would think it would be in both companies best interest to settle out of court.
Hard to say it GERS can continue this front too much longer. I not in deep, just watching all players for now and trying to decide a winner.
