Anyone can sue everyone for anything. That doesn't mean it holds in court. Also, even if someone sues someone and is right, that doesn't mean justice is served. GERS wants to sue everyone, but can they pay it? Any idea how long it can take until a final judgement is made and how many the lawyers will have cost by then? GERS is losing big money on lawsuits and the money they will get when they win one isn't in proportion. They will go bankrupt if they go on with the lawsuits, and they will if they don't sue. So the only thing they are aiming at, is to make it last as long as possible. New lawsuits means new investors/golddiggers that might fall for it. But their costs are to high already.
So no worries about the lawsuit on PEIX by GERS. Desperate needs lead to desperate deeds, it is nothing more then that.
