Futrcash, I am not an expert in oil and gas. Please be patient. After reviewing your excellent write up on rigs, I do believe I mistook a drilling rig for a workover rig.
I was told the cement had to be drilled and the casing, perhaps, would have to be replaced, etc. I niavel did not differentiate correctly the two. Thanks for the clarification.
I did some research based on my new understanding. It appears the workover rigs can be rented in some places for about $190/hr. It appears it might take 16-20 weeks to have a new truck built and that typically a rebuilt truck is not recommended (but that might depend on your finances).
