When the volume was at 192,000,000, there was about 50,000,000 shares shorted that day, and we managed to uptick to .0002x.0003. It would of been more shorted if that volume came the day of the news because the shorts in this stock would expect high volume on good news. The best way for this stock to move up would be to buy before any good news catching the shorts off guard. If we start moving up, we could make a good short squeeze.
