NCT received $.22 per share on 4/30/13.

1,000 shares generated $220 in dividends.

If NCT receives $.17 per share on 7/31/13 and one share of NRZ gets $.07 on 7/31/13, that adds up to $.24.

Post spin-off, 1,000 shares of NCT will now receive $170 and 1,000 NRZ shares gets paid $70. This all adds up to $240.
