Hello Nelson,

My contract with Cal-Bay was expired 2 months ago...I have never received any additional information at all from the company presidents Roger Pawson or Bo Liton about the merger since the agreement was signed back in January.

As a matter of fact I still have not been paid for the services that were performed. Sorry I couldn't be more of help. I can understand the frustration the share holders may have. Its been almost 5 months sense the definitive agreement.
