evolution fuels inc (EVFN) Key Developments Evolution Eyes Takeover Targets May 14 13 Evolution Fuels, Inc. (OTCPK:EVFN) is looking for acquisitions and had started due diligence on a number of takeover targets, Evolution Fuels’ Director, Michael Tan said. Evolution Fuels has engaged an investment bank to assist it in securing up to $15 million in acquisition funds and conducting a $20 million public offering. The investment bank will act as a placement agent and financial consultant for the company with regard to an acquisition financing. Evolution Fuels has not revealed the name of the prospective targets. The bank has also agreed to represent Evolution Fuels in an underwritten public offering on Nasdaq, which is subject to the successful purchase of the two targets.
