The ZTS-PFE papers from my broker to implement the share exchange arrived today. I will probably request a swap of my entire PFE holding, knowing that the exchange offer will likely be oversubscribed and I will thus get only a portion of my PFE shares exchanged.

Is anyone else here participating in this transaction?
