They are doing well?

What makes you think so? They are selling shares in a private placement for 50% of the lowest price ever printed, according to my understanding. That's usually what pink failures and scams do just before they shutter the doors.

It doesn't really sound like they have a lot of confidence in their plans, or maybe the "Big Money" doesn't? Maybe the "Angels" are just trying to recoup their losses at shareholder expense?
