It's more likely Fibertower will be purchased by somebody, if all

parties involved in any deal work out the spectrum issues. The

question of who and when and for how much ...... are all up in

the air. But just maybe, the Nextwave Lightning from 7 cents to 2

bucks a share in 8 months strikes the same place twice, given that

Nextwave was purchased by AT&T.
