Well now it looks like the Government is willing to " terminate of convenience" on the machine gun deal and just pay the profit to Bulova on the deal. Part of US budget cuts I guess. Its cheaper to pay the profit on the contract then to fulfill the order at an increased amount to the government for the delay. ROE sold the guns to the Russian army. They were in storage for almost a year due to inadaquate end user certs from US.
