The Wall Street Journal lets the cat out of the bag.

Some readers see China as a partner in the fight against Islam. Not radical Islam but Islam per se.

Response to this week's Thinking Global on America's codependent relationship with China reflected divisions within the U.S. government. Some readers were even more extreme in their fears of the rise of a Chinese rival than the most hawkish congressmen. Others saw a unique chance for a new global partner in the fight against Islam.
