To the best of my knowledge, everyone got burned by the CEO at FNLH. From what I understand the CEO burned Jay as well. The CEO is the one in control at any company. From what I can remember the CEO did an illegal 504. Is that correct? If so, the blame for what happened there can only rest with the CEO. I don't know because I did not invest in that FNLH POS!
