Had received many shares of FNLH free from the CEO of the company. He sold the shares while others bought. He lied to the people that trusted him the most and expected to learn all they could from a man who simply was not who he said he was.
He stole money from people, plain and simple. It's unfortunate that he can not be arrested, however I have been in the process of talking to SEC lawyers about what options there are in a case like this and also ways to prevent others from falling into such a mess.
Oh and by the way he is very sneaky, you never know he might be one of the repliers in this forum.
As Jay would say Buyer Be Ware, why buy stocks when you can get them issued to you for free!!!!!!
