Blue the 244 patent decision is old news. It is being rehashed by FOSS.

If were making decisions for IDCC I would wait until the 337-800 decision on 6/28, then I would file a new case for the 244 patent. Let the alleged infringers know this isn't the old IDCC. And we fight to protect our rights and IPR.
