I don't know, but I think there are two possibilities.

1. Both Stoecklein and Maheu know there isn't any naked short position, but for some reason want to drag out the distribution of the Entourage shares. Obviously Stoecklein's the "leader" here. Like TSX, I think Maheu's real role in all this has to do with Urbie's gambling habit.

2. Maheu doesn't really understand anything about naked shorting, and has just taken Frizzy's word for it. But I very much doubt that.
