Again, from the Annual Report:

"Growth of the Company’s online business is expected to continue through 2013. BRAVADA International is developing and has implemented a number of new initiatives which include website redesigns, greatly increasing its social media footprint, advertising, product innovation and more."

And as far as franchises are concerned, wouldn't BRAV still be collecting franchise fees regardless of whether or not the franchise store is making a profit?
