I think this model is not one which would prove successful in a Franchise situation.
Why?
Look at the majority of the revenue...it's coming from web sales. I think expanding the web-based business will be more profitable for BRAV than franchising.
And franchisees will be quite unhappy having to compete against the corporate headquarters (website) to make sales.
