Jess,with all due respect, the NCE is certainly important as far as the PPS, and the perception of potential BOP's. That has been the story since the approval of Vascepa . Though I agree, the patent portfolio is a pretty intact buffer. A BOP would prefer not having to encumber additional expenses deefending patents. I would assume we are all looking for an exit strategy, and a BO accomplishes that a lot sooner and more easily with an NCE. I'd appreciate your opinion of my rational for NCE predicated on "Presumption of Favourability"
