Gulfbreeze, you are right of course. We need something concrete if we're going to move up. Obviously, today's news wasn't concrete. It is however one of the ingredients that goes in to making concrete. : )

Which is more than we had yesterday.

And thankfully, we don't have LB running the mixer anymore. : )
