Just through my emails with dustin, I know he is now a share holder. All his money invested into andi and his shares purchased on the open market will be converted in prefferred c's. My only concern is what happens to his preferred b's? If we can get those preferred b's owned by dustin nullified, then the outlook on this stock shoots way up. And it should be possible since he didn't pay for those preferred b's, all he did was get them for free. And him getting the prefferred c's is entirely legitimate since he is receiving them based on the $250,000 that he invested in andi. Also, dustin is a share holder like all of us. So dustin is not cutting and running, he is right there with all of us, so it makes sence to assume he wouldn't put himself to such exposure if he is expecting the company to tank.
