That makes sense Det_Robert_Thorne. I believe companies should be honest with their shareholders. I never saw any sort of disclosure that the interim CEO had left or that there is a new interim CEO. Who is the CEO? The website lists just a COO/Chairman (same as the press release from earlier this week). Of course, MJNA has a history of heavy promotion and a total failure to deliver on important things (audits, uplisting, product releases), so we shouldn't be surprised by the one-sided nature of their spin.

By the way, Mr. Caligiuri didn't respond to my inquiry.
