Maybe there was an ultimatum: MJNA or Coldwell.

I've wondered for awhile if perhaps his increased visibility at $MJNA might cause problems with his Coldwell clients.

My guess is that he left MJNA because of this and sold his shares to concentrate on his commercial real estate career.
