Where on Earth did that ludicrous and entirely fictional figure of 500 million to 1 billion shares come from?

It's no wonder scams like SRGE can thrive with the amount of palpable and frankly rather pathetic misinformation that gets repeated and accepted without the slightest foundation for it in the first place.
