Which Mexicans are these, then? The ones that "signatured" documents with fictional (and dead) SRGE "executives", as claimed in a PR with a false telephone number, a non-functional email address and no real physical location?
LOL. We all know SRGE is a scam, and a rather poorly constructed one at that.
I can only think of three reasons why anyone would pretend otherwise, and none of those reasons reflect well on those who maintain this pretense.
