There are sharks and vultures in the market...all waiting to gobble up an investment when it is sure to make money. These people care less about us..the genuine small investors.

So, I am glad that the Board of BMSN is making sure that predators do not buy up the common stock and then vote them out.

Giving oneself enormous voting rights is being used in other counters though not all are working for investors interest. Some CEOs are also sharks and vultures in mentality.

I hope BMSN will do well.
