JOJO the problem isn't waiting for the accountant to get the report
finished, the BIG PROBLEM is why is the accountant working on this
filing now and not two or three months ago.

Mark evidently just gave him the paperwork so now Mark is blaming
the accountant for the filing being late.

That's just wrong!
