ams: I agree IDCC's track record at arbitration doesn't look too good - so far.

However, I am hoping that the drafters of the NOK and Samsung agreements learned something from the lousy earlier agreements - that obviously left loopholes - that the licensees could exploit through arbitration.

As many have said, the management has not yet proven that they can manage IDCC to its full potential for maximum shareholder value. JK
