I believe we are a long way from that point, and things will indeed continue to get worse. I do not foresee a cyclical bull move in either the markets or the economy this year and look for continued economic deterioration instead. Unemployment is much higher than the "official" government fictions, and profits are much worse than the "pro-forma" fictions the various companies are claiming.

Just my opinion, though, with the usual disclaimer.
