The worse they are getting, the closer they get to the point "can't they get much worse"? (g), that is an improvement as far as when to start a cyclical bull move. I did not sat we are there yet, and I am still donning my bear suit. And right now, I am having my head handed to me on BRCM, another INTU (g). The time to double up might be close at hand....
