Many of us have been here for years, but that does not mean that we have seen it all. Anything is possible. Strange things happen sometimes. Keep an open mind. Change of venue (grey sheets) is also a holding pattern for stocks that are not having markets actively made in them, and while there is an investigation in progress. Absolutely does not mean that they will remain there when/if trading resumes. Might go right back where they were. Just saying to keep an open mind because there is an exception to every rule, and this possibly is a very rare/strange situation. We are all waiting to see what has happened, and what is really going on. The FINRA halt was enough to give me pause that something out of the ordinary is happening. If the share imbalance, through whatever screw-up caused it, really does exist, then there is NO reason that people who are caught short can't flatten out their position on the greys.
