From my perspective, ABX has the following issues:

Management issues: high turn over in key positions.

Asset issues: over the past year in various locations around the world there has been issues such as revoked license to mine, enviro issues, and royalty issues.

Financial issues: declining revenue, unpredictable costs, reduced production outlook resulting in less bank support. Lets not forget a while ago they announced that they were not going with a senior debt deal and if I recall sold a pile off p-notes unsecured (what really happened behind closed doors.) Significant drop in share price (were the institution investors making a move?). Long list of smoke...

Market issues: price of gold down. Puts pressure on and or compounds the reduced revenue outlook.

I could go on.....

Outlook that i hope for MSX:

Significant increase in asset value.

Production.
