I agree the truth is buried deep but Mike as CEO should have been in control of the company - Mike should have cleaned up NHSH and removed all the items in his way but he chose the easy way out -to run - the money is one thing the deception is another - did Mike leave legally? I doubt it did Joe take over from Jeff legally ? who knows thats the problem in this entire mess -people have been allowed to pull one stunt after another maiming NHSH and nobody, not even the CEO did a thing about it - complete management failure all the way - all I know is if Mike does not clean it up he will be in court for years to come and I don't think a judge will take incompetence as an excuse -
