I agree that there is much more liability/responsibility with N than there was with Q, and I think MK knows that as well. The problem is what to do about it and how.
In the first place, does JC even have legal claim on N? He made a settlement with JD personally. Did JD have legal control of N at the time? Did he have control shares that allowed him to use a public company to settle a personal affair without a shareholder vote? According to him, he had ZERO shares of N at the time he made the deal with JC. Did he use the control shares returned by MS to vote with, that he says were never legally returned, so N still owns MS? He can't have it both ways. If he didn't have control shares, how can he legally change control of a public company without a shareholder vote?
Before any fair settlement could be reached, all the various share issuances and debts/loans would have to be sorted out. That's not going to be easy, especially since much of it was probably done illegally so the records will be withheld as much as possible by the perps.
Then in addition to shares and debts, you've got the consequential damages caused by broken agreements. What a mess.
I personally don't think this whole thing can be sorted out fairly without someone going to jail.
This whole saga is fraught with back-dated contracts and agreements and other forms of fraud. At this point in time, all I really want to see is the crooks in jail and stripped of all their material possessions. It would be nice to get some of my money back, but I'll live without it.
