There're tons of OTC scams that continue to trade, as you know. Unless they do something really egregious, that won't change.
I see that SEEK had way too much stock outstanding as of August 2011, so God only knows how much there is now. Utah doesn't offer a number for the a/s at its website, so that's no help. It makes no disclosure of any kind to to OTCMarkets; essentially there's zero information about the company.
