NOT GOING TO HAPPEN If the legend were removed and shares were sold it would defeat the purpose of a control block. A control block is exactly as it states, a controlling % of shares. 200 million shares automatically makes the holder of those shares an affiliate so only 1% of the float could be sold per quarter again defeating the purpose of a control block. You can go on and on about the shares as long as you like but it is what it is, simply a control block to prevent any takeover.
