Ridiculous. 200 million shares is so outsized what was needed for control as to laughable. They had to (secretly) raise the A/S so they could accommodate it.
Then he sells them to himself at less than 10% of the market price and doesn't even pay for the shares.
If he wanted control, he could just as easily have issued non-convertible, super voting preferred.
It's deceitful IMHO. I'll be dollars to donuts, when those shares unrestrict, some will be sold.
