There's the answer to the 200 million shares that people keep saying is diluting the PPS, it's a control block which means the shares are restricted. Even if the legend were removed from the shares only 1% of the float could be sold in any given quarter but that won't happen because because it's a CONTROL BLOCK. As anyone with any knowledge knows a control block is used to keep a majority % of the company so that there can be no possibility of a take over which in short means those shares aren't getting sold.
