I thought of that. We will know what the award from NOK will be. IMO, there is no need to highlight it. We could easily subtract the NOK award from the total and get the guidance figure. I am not saying you are wrong but I can't see that as a great need to issue the guidance a day before the hearing. Perhaps IDCC see it differently. We shall know shortly who is right.
