So far yes but there is not any reason to decrease in the future except manipulation for getting more shares! If GETH wanted to issue lots of shares for funding at cheap price or doing dilution, GETH can increase AS to one billion shares!!!! Like some other fake penny!!
Mr. Gethfan, GETH isn't a penny stock anymore, don't apply penny rule for GETH!! Forget it!
