He used to live here, as "Frank Abel". Did a flit back to Barcelona when the SEC moved. I believe they noted that in their court documents. So they ought to want him now. But I've heard no rumors of him returning, even for a visit.

I don't think Siekmann ever comes to the States either, anymore. But Roman Rumpf was around for quite awhile in connection with RAYS. And one of the RAYS employees was having an affair with another, so perhaps he visited as well.
