If there is no co-primary endpoint—and today’s PR doesn’t indicate that there is—the p-value threshold ought to be the usual 0.05, to be allocated among interim looks (if any) and the final look.
Exactly how the Cox analysis will be done would be nice to know, and this is surely specified in great detail in the SPA. I rather doubt that DNDN will disclose these details, however.
